Aneto has been curing Serrrano hams and other charcuterie in the region of Cataluña for over 40 years. Making natural home-style broths from their Serrano hams was a natural extension. Today Aneto produces a wide variety of broths and cooking bases for paellas.  The Paella broths combine the Aneto fresh broths with finely cut vegetable, seafood and/or meat.

Cooking a Paella using the Aneto bases is quick and easy and insanely flavorful. Your guests will be very impressed!

We offer three delicious paella bases to choose from: Valencian, Seafood, and Squid Ink

Paella Bases: chicken broth (water, free-range chicken, onion, cabbage, leek, celery and seasalt) or fish broth and rock fish and shellfish, tomato, onion, virgin olive oil, garlic, paprika, and saffron; squid ink.

This product has been produced free of soy, gluten, nuts, dairy, and genetically engineered ingredients.
