Traditional varieties are blanched almonds or almonds fried in olive oil & salted. Great for cooking, baking, or just noshing on.

COATO is an agricultural cooperative located in the region of Murcia in Spain, an area with a long history of agricultural tradition.

It was founded in 1979 by 65 paprika pepper producers. Since then it has become one of the most important cooperatives in the region, expanding its activity to other products such as almonds, fresh fruits and vegetables, oil, and honey.

Coato has won many awards over the years, including the Best Spanish Food Company, awarded by the Ministry of Agriculture in 2001 and in 2004.
