1/4cupMatiz Organic Olivada(about 1 tablespoon per piece)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine the olivada, garlic and rosemary in a small bowl and set aside. Place chicken in a baking dish (cast iron skillet also works well) and spread out evenly in the dish. Rub each piece with the olvada mixture until well coated. Roast until cooked through, about 45-60 minutes.
